By registering for the Sun, Soul & Second Acts Retreat (“Retreat”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

All payments are processed securely.

Your registration is confirmed only after payment is received.

2. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another participant with prior written approval.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected circumstances.

3. Event Changes & Cancellation

The Retreat Host reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, location, or programming if necessary.

If the retreat is canceled by the Host, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.

The Host is not responsible for additional expenses incurred (such as travel or accommodations).

4. Assumption of Risk

By attending this retreat, you acknowledge that participation may include physical activity, emotional discussions, and outdoor experiences.

You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation and accept full responsibility for your health and well-being.

5. Medical & Professional Disclaimer

This retreat is intended for educational and personal development purposes only.

No medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice is being provided.

You are responsible for consulting with appropriate professionals if needed.

6. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Sun, Soul & Second Acts Retreat LLC, its owner Kayleen Baguley, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.

7. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and supportive environment:

Treat all participants with respect and kindness

No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

The Host reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if these guidelines are violated

8. Media Release

By attending, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the retreat to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be included, you must notify the Host in writing prior to the event.

9. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Your travel arrangements

Your personal belongings

Your personal decisions and participation

The Host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

10. Force Majeure

The Host is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

In such cases, the retreat may be rescheduled or credit may be issued.

11. Agreement
